A third of the 60 drivers of motorcycles and scooters who died on Serbian roads in 2022 were under the age of 30, the Internal Affairs Ministry (MUP) said on Monday.
The press release said that 42 motorcycle and 18 scooter riders died in traffic accidents and appealed to drivers to wear headgear. It added that about a third of people killed on two-wheel vehicles did not wear helmets.
The MUP press release appealed to car, truck and bus drivers to pay attention to motorcycle and scooter riders.
