Montenegrin wanted by Interpol arrested in Serbia, with 20 kg of marijuana
Three Montenegrin citizens, one of whom is suspected of being a member of an organized criminal group, were arrested in Serbia on suspicion of drug smuggling.
Police in Belgrade, in cooperation with the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Smederevo, arrested Montenegrin citizens B.P. (37), R.B. (47) and B.B. (35) on suspicion that they had committed the crime of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotics.
During the search of the house and apartment in Kovino, where B.P. is staying undeclared, the police found over 20 kilograms of marijuana, a scale with traces of narcotic drugs, as well as around € 20,000.
The suspects were detained for up to 48 hours, and they were brought to the competent prosecutor's office with a criminal report.
