The film "Quo Vadis, Aida?," Directed by Jasmila Zbanic about the genocide in Srebrenica, would be aired on Montenegro’s state Radio Television (RTCG) on Wednesday, at 9 pm, the TV website said.

The website added that the film was declared the best in 2021 in the selection of the European Film Academy.

“It is an international co-production war drama film from 2020, directed by Jasmila Zbanic, who also wrote the screenplay. In the film about the genocide in Srebrenica committed in the summer of 1995 by the Bosnian Serbs’ Army (VRS), the main role was entrusted to Jasna Djuric,” the website said.

After the “Quo Vadis, Aida?” took the three most prestigious awards in the selection of the European Film Academy, an initiative was launched to show it on Serbia’s public broadcaster RTS.
