Most expensive apartment in Serbia cost 1.4 million Euro

The most expensive apartment sold in Serbia in the first quarter of this year was 168 square meters large and cost 1.4 million Euro.

That apartment was sold in Belgrade, the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGZ) said adding that the highest price per square meter was 9,862 Euro.

The most expensive house cost 2,2 million Euro and was sold in Belgrade’s central Vracar municipality.

The most expensive single-car garage parking space cost 66,000 Euro in Belgrade’s central Savski Venac municipality.

The overall value of the real estate trade in the first quarter of 2025 was 1.7 billion Euro or 9.3 percent higher than in the same period a year earlier. The number of sales/purchase contracts was 28,705 or 2.4 percent lower than a year earlier.
