N1 had four-hour live coverage of post-vote events to provide information on voter turnout, election results. It also had reporters come in live from the election headquarters of the main political parties in Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis, Cacak and Zrenjanin.

The live program included guests who put the incoming information into a wider context. “We discussed trends and the many irregularities recorded during election day and analyzed the preliminary results and balance of forces on the political scene,” the station said.

“All that gave us a viewer rating of 19.39 percent in the 8 pm to midnight slot according to TV Beat with the share jumping to more than 30 percent at some moments. The second ranked station was the Serbian state TV (RTS) with a share of 14.1 percent. This exceptional result confirms the trust of our viewers in our team and our journalists.
