New KFOR commander arrives in Pristina

It said that Barduani is due to take over from Turkish Major General Ozkan Ulutas at a change of command ceremony on October 11, becoming the 29th commander of the NATO-led force in Kosovo.

The press release said the Barduani is the 14th Italian commander of KFOR. He comes to Kosovo from the post of Chief of Defense Policy in the Italian Defense Minister’s cabinet.
