A new round of technical-level dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is scheduled for Tuesday.
On the agenda, as announced by European Commission spokesperson Peter Stano, are discussions on progress in implementing the Ohrid Agreement and on issues affecting the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
According to media reports, negotiators from Belgrade and Pristina have confirmed their attendance – head of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic, and Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi. However, it remains unclear whether there will be a joint meeting.
As Radio Free Europe earlier reported citing sources in Brussels, both parties tried to dictate the agenda of the trilateral meeting and refused to accept what the other side was demanding, ignoring the initial European agenda for the talks.
