Serbia’s Civil Reversal NGO said on Thursday it called on people to join in road blockades across Serbia planned for Saturday by also jamming the Belgrade-Zrenjanin motorway near the construction site of the Chinese Linglong tire factory in the country’s north.
The road blockage as a form of civil disobedience violates some laws but also serves to raise public awareness about big injustices and oversights in other legal acts, the NGO says.

It called on the police not to use force against the protesters but to protect them from possible attacks by hooligans seen last Saturday during demonstrations against the laws on referendum and expropriation.
The Chinese factory has recently been in the public eye after the media discovered dire living and working the Vietnamese employees have been there.
