The Internal Affairs Ministry (MUP) said Baculov is suspected of leading an attack on police officers on August 27 during an unreported rally at the Novi Sad Faculty of Philosophy. He is suspected of committing the criminal offence of assaulting an official in the performance of their duties, the Ministry said.

Baculov is believed to have led an assault on police officers, physically confronting them, pushing them, and striking their shields in an attempt to breach the cordon and enter the educational institution, MUP added.
