Novi Sad protesters dump garbage at ruling party offices

The crowd first threw bags of garbage at the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) office before overturning garbage containers from the street. They wrote the words Ballot Box on the upended container, alluding to alleged election fraud that the SNS has been accused of in the past.

The incident comes on the day that voters are turning out at one polling station in the central Serbian town of Kosjeric where local elections were held last month.

The crowd brought garbage with them to a nearby intersection which was being blocked before taking it to the SNS offices.
