The Novi Sad-based 021.rs portal reported that local offices of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) were pelted with red paint. Pročitaj više

It said that SNS offices across the city were vandalized in the early morning on Tuesday. It said that the police were called out to investigate. An 021 reporter confirmed that police patrols were present at two of the local SNS branches.

The offices pelted with red paint included a central SNS branch which had its windows broken a day earlier.

The portal said posters saying Caution, the State Kills were reported on the Novi Sad University campus.

Earlier, activists of the Movement of Free Citizens (PSG) opposition party raised banners saying Your Hands are Bloody on Novi Sad City Hall and a central street.

The attacks come in the wake of the deaths of 14 people in the collapse of a roof on Novi Sad Railway Station which is being blamed on the local authorities.
