US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs James O'Brien said he spoke with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and emphasized the importance of forming the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities (CSM), as a dialogue commitment.
In a post on X, O’Brien said he also discussed with Osmani the implementation of monetary regulations from which all Kosovo citizens would benefit, including the Serb minority.
“Good call with Vjosa Osmani today. We discussed importance of Kosovo implementing monetary regs so as to benefit all Kosovan citizens, including the Serb minority community, & for parties to fulfill all EU Dialogue commitments – for Kosovo this includes the Association of Serb Municipalities,” said O’Brien.
