Lawyer and deputy leader of the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (LSV) Aleksandar Olenik said in a post on X that, following a complaint filed by the LSV’s legal team, the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime (TOK) has opened a case regarding the use of a sonic weapon at the March 15 protest in Belgrade.

“The case is assigned to prosecutor Aleksandar Isailovic, from whom we demand: 1. consolidation of all legal cases on this matter (CRTA, Democratic Party, and others), 2. taking statements from all victims, and 3. expert assessment of sustained injuries,” reads Olenik’s post on X.

Only “through a united front can we hold accountable those responsible for using a sonic weapon against peaceful demonstrators on March 15, 2025,” Olenik wrote.

On April 21 Olenik announced that a criminal complaint has been filed “over the use of a sonic weapon.”
