The motion for a vote of no confidence in the government filed by a group of opposition MPs has been received by Parliament, the Beta agency said on Friday.
It said that the motion lists Prime Minister Milos Vucevic’s failure to identify the people responsible for the deaths of 14 people killed when a canopy roof collapsed at Novi Sad railway station as a reason to demand his dismissal because it led to the destruction of the country’s security system.
“Prime Minister Milos Vucevic did not do anything within his powers to calm the public and prevent any future similar events,” the motion signed by 71 opposition MPs said.
