OSCE Mission chief in Kosovo Michael Davenport said that there will be no feeling normal of everyday life unless the Serbs return to the police, judiciary and municipal administrations.

Davenport told Radio TV Kosovo that the situation in northern Kosovo following the local elections is not sustainable because the mayors were elected with very few votes. He added that violence is unacceptable and the tensions have to ease.

According to the OSCE mission chief, new local elections need to be organized to give the mayors the necessary legitimacy.
