Parliament’s Culture, Information Committee to discuss rapist interview

The United MP caucus submitted to Kovacevic an initiative proposing that the publishing of the interview with a serial rapist with multiple convictions be most strongly condemned and requesting an urgent meeting of the Committee on the matter.

The United MPs also requested that, in line with the law, the state bodies sanction the tabloid Informer’s actions as extremely harmful to society.

The pro-regime tabloid Informer published an interview with a convicted rapist following which a number of civil rights groups staged a protest in front of its offices.
