The Press Council Complaints Commission established that six media violated the Journalists' Code of Ethics, said the Journalists’ Association of Serbia.
The six media include Infovranjske, Pecat, Zig info, Alo, Objektiv and Informer.
A majority of the Commission members concluded that the spreading of fear, use of hate speech, discrimination, presentation of untruths and unverified information are examples of poor practice and that they should be defined as non-compliance with ethical norms, said the Association.
