Prosecutor orders investigation into graffiti threatening Vucic
The chief prosecutor of the Belgrade Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office, Nenad Stefanovic, instructed the basic public prosecutor’s office to identify the persons who painted the graffiti with death threats directed at Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, reported the Serbia state TV (RTS).
The graffiti “Death to Vucic” were sprayed on the walls of an elementary school in New Belgrade.
The Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office said that a threat against the life of the president of the Republic is the criminal offense of endangerment of safety, defined under Article 138 of the Serbian Criminal Code.
