Radar said that Nikola Tabakovic is co-owner of Enterprise Communications Solutions via a linked company from Croatia and that the other co-owner is Zoran Popovic, a business associate of Tatjana Vukic, emminence grise of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) with close ties to President Aleksandar Vucic and his brother Andrej.

The weekly said that the SNS has its hands on a deal between the Association of Banks of Serbia and the Pension and Insurance Fund (PIO), Office for IT and Central Register of Mandatory Social Security to provide a solution which would make it easier for the public to get loans from banks that they don’t have accounts in.

Enterprise Communications Solutions was brought into the deal in late November 2024 with a tender, Radar said, adding that it had access to contracts showing that the company will get most of millions of Euro in earnings from the deal. The deal called for 3 3-way contracts and one 2-way contract. All 4 contracts were signed by Association of Banks General Secretary Marina Papadakis who used to work in the NBS Governor’s cabinet and is a founder of the Movement for the People and State initiative committee along with Aleksandar Vucic.

The PIO was represented at the signing of the contracts by its CEO Relja Ognjenovic who claims to be a friend of the Vucic family and was seen at the camp in front of the presidency.
