Radar published video of police inspector under surveillance

The video shows Inspector Slobodan Milenkovic and his underage daughter outside a cafe with a woman recording them on her phone. The woman’s video was published earlier on several portals.

Milenkovic was one of the police investigators who found the Jovanjica marijuana plantation whose owner is suspected of having close ties to top state officials. Milenkovic testified at the trial, arriving at one hearing with his fellow inspectors acting as bodyguards because of reports that his life was in danger. Lawyer Zdenko Tomanovic said that there was a price on his head.

Tomanovic said that the authorities have to investigate the video which showed Milenkovic and his daughter with the exact address they were seen at to determine whether it is a case of state-sponsored surveillance or a private individual and why.

He expressed concern over the failure of the police to investigate the case or even inform Milenkovic.
