The vote to elect new members of the Serbian parliament is being repeated at 8 polling stations in five Serbian municipalities on Tuesday.
The polling stations opened at 7 am and will close at 8 pm, allowing more than 5,000 Serbian citizens eligible to vote to cast ballots. The Republic Election Commission (RIK) said earlier that 5,352 ballots would be printed.
The repeat vote comes after the elections were rerun at 30 polling stations for the parliamentary and 3 more for the Belgrade City Assembly.
The vote was rerun at polling stations whose election commissions could not determine the final outcome or where the vote was annulled due to irregularities.
The RIK will release the results of the vote within 96 hours.
