
Radio Free Europe was told by sources at the Higher Court in Belgrade that Kosovo Serb businessman turned politician Milan Radoicic was following the measures ordered over his alleged involvement in the Banjska armed incident.

He was ordered to surrender his passport, remain in Serbia and report to the Belgrade police twice a month. The Court sources said he obeyed those orders for the past year.
Radoicic, a former senior official of the Belgrade-backed Serb List, accepted responsibility for the armed incident at the Banjska monastery when a Kosovo police sergeant and three armed and uniformed Kosovo Serbs were killed on October 24, 2023.
Radoicic was indicted over the Banjska armed incident by prosecutors in Pristina.
RFE recalled that the Serbian authorities have refused to hand Radoicic over to the Kosovo authorities, saying that he would stand trial before a Serbian court. It added that Radoicic’s exact whereabouts are not know.a
