So far, Belgrade and Pristina have not made any statements in connection with the signing of this contract.

The two capitals agreed on the Roadmap for the implementation of the energy agreements from 2013 and 2015 as early as June of last year, with clearly defined steps and a deadline for fulfilling obligations.

The obligations, however, were not realized as it was foreseen, for which the two parties - Belgrade and Pristina, accused each other.

In the period that followed, and after the meetings as part of the dialogue, Brussels, Pristina and Belgrade confirmed that this topic was discussed.

Announcements regarding the progress included the possible signing of the contract between KEDS and Elektrosever.

In its report, the Office for Kosovo stated, at the beginning of this year, that progress had been made concerning the implementation of the Roadmap for the implementation of energy agreements, and that Elektrosever had completed the process of concluding the necessary standard technical contracts with KOSTT.

The road map for the implementation of energy agreements, which was agreed upon last year, foresees the issuance of a supply license to Elektrosever, specifying that this company is obliged to sign the necessary technical agreements with the companies KOSTT and KEDS.
