Serbia fails to align with EU decision on new sanctions against Belarus

A press release said that the Council imposed further restrictions in view of the involvement of Belarus in the Russian aggression against Ukraine. It expanded the list of items which might contribute to Belarus’s military and technological enhancement or to the development of its defense and security sector.

“The decision introduced further restrictions on imports of goods which allow Belarus to diversify its sources of revenue,” the press release said.
