The first doses of Moderna coronavirus vaccine arrived in Serbia on Wednesday as a donation from Poland.
The Serbian government said in a press release that Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic accepted delivery of the 200,000 doses of Moderna vaccine. It recalled that this is the fifth vaccine now available in the country.
The vaccines were handed to the Torlak Virusology Institute at a ceremony attended by Polish Foreign Ministry Secretary of State for Europe Szymn Szynkowski and Sejm Deputy Speaker Malgorzata Gosiewska.
