Serbia tightens anti-epidemic measures, closes catering during weekend

The Crisis Team for curing the coronavirus epidemic in Serbia said on Friday the cafes, restaurants and shops in ski centres would be closed during the forthcoming weekend.

In the rest of the country, those facilities will work until mid-day Saturday due to a religious holiday and then close until Monday at 6 am, Predrag Kon, an epidemiologist and a member of the Crisis Team, told reporters.

The food stores, pharmacies and petrol station will remain open as usual.

Also, the Crisis Team decided that as of Monday, the secondary school would work online.
