The Internal Affairs Ministers of Serbia and Great Britain, Aleksandar Vulin and Priti Patel signed a readmission agreement for illegal aliens in London on Wednesday.

A Serbian ministry press release quoted Vulin as saying that “Serbia will not be a parking for migrants”, adding that he supports the right of every country to decide its own migration police and protect its territory.

It added that the two ministers “highlighted the excellent cooperation between the two states in the field of fight against all forms of crime, especially of organised crime and terrorism” with Vulin saying that “Serbia is a reliable international partner in the fight against organised crime, which it proved through its participation in various successful international operations”.

It said that the two ministers also discussed ways to improve cooperation.
