The Serbian Air Force is marking World War 2 VE day with flights over 17 cities across the country, the Defense Ministry said on Monday.
Flights by fighters and other aircraft will be made over Belgrade, Novi Sad, Nis and other places all over Serbia, it added.
The Air Force will fly across populated areas between 11:30 and 1:00 pm, the press release said.
An Army of Serbia Guards artillery detachment fired 10 rounds from six cannon from the ramparts of Belgrade’s Kalemegdan fortress to mark VE day on Sunday.
