Serbian students cycling to Strasbourg arrived in Budapest today, where they were greeted with a large celebration at Heroes' Square.
Hundreds of people gathered to welcome the students, bringing roses, banners, food, and refreshments.
During the event, the cyclists chanted, "Fulfill our demands" and "No one is tired, we don’t know fatigue."
The students set off on their journey on April 3 and are currently in Hungary, describing the route through the country as "safe but slow."
They will pass through key European cities, with their arrival in Strasbourg scheduled for April 15. Their goal is to draw the attention of European officials to their demands and the current situation in Serbia.
