Serbian Government: New coefficients for calculation of public employee salaries

“This enables the implementation of the agreement between the government and the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs with representatives of unions in the field of social protection, which relates to improving the material and labor-legal status of employees in social protection institutions and social protection institutes,” the Government said in a press release.

“The cabinet also adopted the Decree on the conditions, manner of allocation and use of incentives for the development and improvement of rural tourism and hospitality in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, in order to improve the quality of services and facilities in these areas and expand the capacity of hospitality facilities for accommodation, especially when it comes to rural tourism households,” the press release said.

Additionally, the Government adopted the Decree on the allocation and use of funds for subsidizing protected natural assets of national interest in 2025, with the right to use subsidies reserved for managers of national parks and protected areas declared by a government act.

A total of 550 million dinars (1 euro – 117 dinars) has been provided for this purpose, for a total of 103 protected areas.
