Serbia's average net salary in October 110,670 dinars

The median net salary was 86,695 dinars, meaning that 50 percent of employees received salaries up to the mentioned amount, the RZS said.

“The increase of gross salaries and wages, in the period January-October 2025, relative to the same period last year amounted to 11.3 percent in nominal terms, i.e. 6.9 percent in real terms, while average net salaries and wages increased by 11.2 percent in nominal terms, i.e. 6.8 percent in real terms,” the RZS said.

It added that, compared with the same month last year, average gross salaries and wages for October 2025 increased by 12.5 percent in nominal terms and by 9.4 percent in real terms, while average net salaries and wages increased by 12.3 percent in nominal terms, i.e 9.2 percent in real terms.
