Serbia’s coronavirus update: six deaths, 1,174 new cases

Over the last 24 hours, six COVID-19 patients passed away and out of 8,169 people tested, 1,174 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Sunday.

To date, COVID-19 has officially claimed 17,128 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0,72 percent.

Currently, 442 people are in hospitals, including 29 on ventilators.

A total of 11,212,750 tests have been conducted in Serbia so far and 2,387,682 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
