Serbia’s Government Standing Group for Protection of Journalists condemned on Tuesday the death threat to Marko Vidojkovic, a writer and journalist, posted on his Instagram profile on Monday.
The Group said the Deputy Public Prosecutor Branko Stamenkovic briefed its members with the details of the case and activities taken by the Interior Ministry (MUP).
Earlier on Tuesday, MUP said the threat came from Austria and sent a request to Interpol.
Vidojkovic told N1 he did not think the threat was seriously resolved and expected the respective institutions to publish the name of the person who threatened him.
