Serbia's Petkovic accuses Pristina chief negotiator of 'excelling in lies'

Petar Petkovic, the head of the Serbian Government's Office for Kosovo, accused Besnik Bislimi, the head of Pristina's negotiating team in the dialogue with Belgrade, of “excelling in lies” after he told media that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic says in private meetings in Brussels he understands he should recognise Kosovo but that it takes time.
