The Movement of Socialists (SP) has announced that its leader and current Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin will a presidential candidate if Aleksandar Vucic, the current President of Serbia and the leader of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), does not run for another term.

The party said that the policy of President Vucic has to be continued and that the SP leader is “the most sincere” in carrying out the policy of uniting the Serbs, military neutrality, and social justice.

The SP Presidency said that Vulin will be selected as the presidential candidate if the SP members accept the Presidency’s proposal and if Vucic does not run for another term.
