Special measures in Serbia during the weekend to prevent spread of coronavirus

As of noon on Saturday and until Monday, only pharmacies, gas stations and grocery stores will be allowed to work, while everything else will be closed to prevent the spread of coronavirus in Serbia.

According to the decision of the Government and the Crisis Staff, grocery stores will be able to work until 9 pm, while pharmacies and gas stations do not have limited working hours.

All street markets in Belgrade will work as usual during the weekend, and citizens are urged to maintain the prescribed social distance during shopping and wear protective masks.

After 12 o'clock, private health institutions, laboratories, veterinary clinics and dentists will also be allowed to work.

Catering facilities in the ski centres will not work during the weekend, excluding cafes and restaurants in hotels where only guests may be served.

Food delivery will be possible 24 hours a day, while the sale of food and drinks at businesses after 12 o'clock is prohibited on the territory of the entire country until Monday morning.
As of Monday, March 8, everything will continue operating as usual.
