St. Hubert Hound and pit bull in one: Vucic says he has “traits of two dogs”

“Mr. President, you’ve also announced new investments in the defense industry. How important is that, given that many people criticized you when you began investing more heavily in the military several years ago?” a reporter for the pro-regime Pink TV asked Vucic during his visit to the construction site of a new production facility at the Complex Combat Systems Factory in Kursumlija.

After remarking that everyone “operates within the limits of their own corrupt nature” and that people “judge others by their own incompetence and therefore assume everyone else is incompetent too,” the Serbian president took his answer in a somewhat unusual direction.

“I have the traits of two dogs. One is the Saint Hubert Hound - that means I have an excellent nose and can sniff out everything in politics - as they have the best nose of any breed. The other is a pit bull — once I sink my teeth into something, I keep bulldozing ahead until I get it done,” Vucic said.
