European Commission spokesman Peter Stano said on Thursday that the European Union told Belgrade and Pristina clearly that there will be progress on European integration unless they achieve progress in their dialogue to normalize relations.
Stano told a news briefing that Belgrade and Pristina also have to implement the obligations they accepted. He said that failure to implement obligations will be reflected in the European integration process.
Asked about the armed incident in Banjska last September, Stano said the Commission is waiting to see the final report before reaching conclusions. He added that the EU expects unconditional cooperation from everyone.
