A company alleged to have bussed voters from Bosnia-Herzegovina to Belgrade for the December 17 elections was awarded state business deals, the Nova.rs portal said.

It said that T&M Group Solutions was part of a consortium of companies that was awarded deals worth more than 200 million Euro. The portal said that the deals were made since the beginning of 2023. They include security and cleaning of state and independent institutions. The consortium includes the Dobergard security company (which is alleged to be close to the ruling Serbian Progressive Party – SNS) that provides security guards for the Anti-Corruption Agency.

T&M Group Solutions and several other companies will also provide security for the Customs Authority over the next 3 years as well as for the state TV (RTS) and several Belgrade city administration buildings and communal services companies.

According to the Serbian Business Registry, T&M Group Solutions is owned by two UAE companies - Uniqueness Group Limited and Mistral International – FZCO. The records show that two Serbians hold large shares of the companies – Dane Sijan owns 40 percent and Mihajlo Popovic owns 60 percent.
