Statistics office says industrial turnover down in April

It said that industrial turnover increased by 3.2 percent relative to the 2024 average.

“Observed by sections, in April 2025 compared to April 2024 the turnover in industry saw a fall of 19.3% in Mining and quarrying, and a fall of 0.1% in Manufacturing. Observed by markets, in April 2025 compared to the same month of 2024, the turnover in industry on domestic market decreased by 2.5%, and on foreign market increased by 0.4%,” the press release said.
