Students at a private university in Belgrade decided to end their blockade after being threatened with expulsion.

Students at the Union University Computer School (RAF) said they ended their protest on Thursday afternoon under threat from the administration.

“We received emails about an urgent decision taken by the RAF Council and were forced to leave the school. They gave us 3 deadlines, the last one on April 26th at 2 pm. Those of us who got disciplinary warning received threats of expulsion from the RAF,” a student identified only as Djordje told N1. He added that a student plenary meeting decided that it was the right thing to do.

The students called the school Council to a dialogue to find a compormise.
