Opposition MP Marinika Tepic asked in a written statement whether the Serbian military was on full alert during the March 15 mass protest in Belgrade.

Tepic, deputy leader of the Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP), asked if the military police and Special Forces Brigade were issued live rounds during the protest and put on full combat readiness.

She also wants to know what kind of regular activities the Serbian armed forces were conducting the week of the protest.
“What regular, planned activities include the movement of personnel and materiel on March 12-14? How many tanks and combat vehicles did the Serbian military bring to Belgrade the week before the protest,” she wrote and added that the key question is who prepared the military for war against their own people.

She also asked if the Serbian Armed Forces Guards Brigade was in barracks conditions.
