The "Serbia against violence" protest will be held on Saturday in Belgrade for the 21st time, and the gathering will begin at 6 p.m. in front of the Serbian Parliament. The opposition parliamentary parties, which are the technical organisers of the protest, have announced that the route of the walk will be the same as previous weeks.

Opposition MPs in the Serbian Parliament Srdjan Milivojevic from the Democratic Party and Aleksandar Jovanovic Cuta from the Ecological Uprising are expected to address the crowd at the protest, as well as Sofija Mandic from CEPRIS, and student representatives.

The „Serbia against violence“ protests began after two mass shootings in May. The protesters demand the replacement of the management of the public broadcaster RTS, the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM), as well as the Minister of Internal Affairs Bratislav Gasic and the director of the Security and Information Agency (BIA) Aleksandar Vulin.
