“There’ll be chaos on Saturday”: Radoicic, wanted by Interpol, threatens Kosjeric residents over ruling party rally

According to locals, Radoicic, who was in the Kosjeric municipality on Tuesday, directly warned the individual to pass on a message to others: SNS supporters will march on Saturday, he will be there, and “not a hair on anyone’s head should be touched, because they are prepared to die for their beliefs.”

“In the event of any incidents, there’ll be chaos, and then expect house visits because they have all the information,” Radoicic reportedly said, referring to participants in the student and civic protests that have been ongoing across Serbia, including in Kosjeric, for over nine months.

Several protests by SNS supporters opposing blockades were held in a number of Serbian cities, officially organized by the non-governmental organization Center for Social Stability.

These rallies are a response to student-led protests, which have persisted for more than nine months, primarily demanding accountability for the deaths of 16 people in the November 1, 2024 collapse of a canopy at the Novi Sad train station.

The Kosjeric-based citizens’ group Clean People for a Clean Kosjeric also reported that Milan Radoicic, a fugitive wanted by Kosovo authorities, appeared in the town and issued threats to residents.

Milan Radoicic has accepted responsibility for the September 2023 attack in Banjska, northern Kosovo, in which one Kosovo police officer and three Serbs were killed.
