UN SC meeting chair pounds hand on table because of Vucic

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and UN Security Council President Vanessa Frazier had a verbal altercation at the United Nations Security Council meeting on the six-monthly report on the work of UNMIK held Monday.
Giving the floor to Vucic, after whom Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani was to speak, Frazier, who chaired the meeting, said that, in line with a previously reached agreement, they had three minutes each.
The Serbian President said that was not agreed, adding “but it doesn’t matter.” Frazier replied that it was, and then Vucic interrupted her: “No, it was not agreed.”
Frazier then raised her voice and pounded her hand on the table, saying it was agreed, that her deputy told her she had agreed that with the Serbian President and stressed that she will not accept for her deputy to be made out a liar.
“I just…,” Vucic tried to explain something, but Frazier interrupted him, not allowing him to speak before he is given word.
“Thank you, Mr president, you have three minutes,” said Frazier.
