The Center for Disease Control (CDC) updated its COVID19 travel advisory for 90 destinations, including Serbia which is no longer among the countries to which travel is not recommended.

The CDC dropped Serbia from Level 4: Special Circumstances/Do Not Travel to Level 3: COVID-19 High. The CDC recommends that travelers to Serbia make sure their vaccines are up to date or avoid traveling. It warned that travelers to Serbia could be at risk even if they are vaccinated, adding that everyone over the age of 2 should wear face masks at indoor public spaces. It also recommended following all requirements and recommendations in Serbia.

The Voice of America recalled that the US health authorities said last week that fourth level recommendations would be reviewed. There are no countries on the 4th level list. The State Department said that the COVID travel warnings would also be reviewed. Serbia is on the list of countries that the State Department warns against travel to.
