Varhelyi tells Brnabic Serbia made progress on path to EU

Varhelyi wrote in a Twitter post after meeting with Brnabic in Tirana that they discussed the accession process in the context of the revised enlargement methodology and noted that important progress has been made..

Varhelyi is in the capital of Albania to attend a summit of Western Balkans leaders. Besides Brnabic, the summit is being attended by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, North Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, Bosnia-Herzegovina Council of Ministers Chair Zoran Tegetlija and Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic.
