He told reporters that his main message to the meeting of the European Political Community is that negotiations on a truce in Ukraine need to start as soon as possible, adding that the focus should not be on who wins that war.

Vucic said that he would speak at the open segment of the meeting to disclose Serbia’s interests and Europe’s position in a future world. “Europe has to have a different view of reality,” he is reported to have said.
