Vucic: Year passed since election and I’ve not imposed sanctions on Russia

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that the National Security Council adopted conclusions regarding the war in Ukraine in February of last year. He told Pink TV that in seven or eight days it will be the anniversary of the elections in Serbia and that he has not yet introduced sanctions against the Russian Federation, although some opposition politicians have declared that they would do so immediately after the elections.

„Without swearing, without harsh words, we managed to withstand the pressures [to impose sanctions] for a year,“ said Vucic.

The President invited the citizens to come to the „Milenko Pavlovic“ Military Airport in Batajnica on April 22, when the Serbian Armed Forces will show literally everything they have.
