Vulin, a former head of Serbia’s top civilian security agency BIA and an advocate of close ties with Russia, said he expects Moscow to send a delegation of FSB experts to Belgrade adding that the Russians will take a clear stand on whether the so-called sound cannon was used at the mass protest. He said the FSB experts have a mandate to determine if a sonic weapon was used and if so, how it was used. “I am certain that the FSB will investigate this in the shortest possible period,” Vulin said.
He said Russia supports Serbia’s fight against what President Aleksandar Vucic and other top state officials are calling a colored revolution because “the essence of international law is that everyone has the right to their own path”.
